1. Booking and payment
Non-member sessions are booked with a $150 deposit, paid by card when you book. The deposit counts toward your session fee. The balance is charged to the same card on the day of your session, and booking authorizes that charge. Membership sessions are covered by your membership. Sessions beyond your monthly allowance are billed at your member rate. Free consultations need no payment.
2. Rescheduling and cancellation
You may cancel at no cost up to 24 hours before your session start time, using the link in your confirmation email, and we refund your deposit to your card. You may reschedule at any time, including inside 24 hours: online up to 24 hours before, or by replying to your confirmation email after that. A rescheduled session keeps its deposit. If you cancel inside 24 hours, or don't show, the deposit is not refunded and no balance is charged. Membership sessions cancelled inside 24 hours count against that month's allowance.
3. Your plans and files
Files you send us are used only to prepare and run your session. They are stored in a folder specific to your project, are not shared with other clients, and are not used in marketing without your written permission. You keep all rights to your drawings. We delete files 90 days after your last session unless you ask us to keep them.
4. Session prep
We prepare your plans for projection ahead of time. Please send them at least 48 hours before your session. Plans received later than that may limit what we can have ready, and the session runs as scheduled.
5. Time
Sessions start and end at the booked time. Late arrival shortens the session; it does not extend it. Additional time, when the floor is available, is billed at the rate quoted when it is added.
6. Photos and social posts
We will not photograph or share your session without asking you first. If you accept a discounted second hour in exchange for a social post, you agree to publish one post on one platform within 14 days of your visit and to allow Immersive Studio CDA to reshare it. You control what your post shows. We will not share your plans.
7. On the floor
The projection floor is a walking surface lit by projected light. Please watch your step, keep the floor clear of bags and drinks, and supervise anyone in your party. You are responsible for your guests.
8. Membership terms
Memberships run in 12-month terms and renew on their anniversary. Unused monthly sessions carry over within your membership year. Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice before the renewal date.
9. Session bundles
Sessions in a session bundle do not expire. Each booking uses one session from the bundle, and the rescheduling and cancellation terms above apply to each one.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Bookings are governed by the terms in effect when booked.
